At Health Prodelight, we are committed to providing high-quality personalized nutrition consulting and diet plans. As our services are customized and tailored to individual needs, we have a no-refund policy. Please read the details below before purchasing our services.

1. No Refunds for Personalized Services

Since all our diet plans, consultations, and nutrition programs are customized based on individual requirements, we do not offer refunds once the service has been delivered. This includes but is not limited to:

✔ Personalized Diet Plans
✔ One-on-One Nutrition Consultations
✔ Wellness Coaching & Guidance
✔ Disease-Specific Nutrition Therapy

Once a plan is created and shared, it cannot be returned, resold, or reassigned, making refunds non-applicable.

2. Modifications & Adjustments

We understand that dietary needs may evolve. Therefore, if you require minor modifications or adjustments to your plan, we will accommodate reasonable revisions at no extra cost within a limited period.

If major changes are required due to medical conditions or personal preferences, an additional consultation fee may apply.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following rare circumstances:

🔹 If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
🔹 If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen technical or operational issues.
🔹 If you cancel your consultation before receiving any personalized recommendations (partial refund may apply).

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation charges.
  • Missed or last-minute cancellations may forfeit the session fee.
